Bircher muesli ready for the morning! Grab n go jars are great for a busy morning- here’s our Bircher muesli recipe: 500g oats 50g coconut flakes 150g pumpkin seeds 150g sunflower seeds 3 tablespoons chia seeds 100g sultanas 150g almonds 1/2 tsp ginger powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder A bottle 100% apple juice 1 x carrot grated Mix all ingredients together except for apple juice, place in jars allowing room for expansion.
