Today I had a conversation with my PT @cassvane_ about training. People regularly tell me how they wish they were as motivated as me or conversely that I’m obsessed. Honestly, my motivations for training are purely selfish and never obligatory. This photo is a perfect example of why - I feel such a sense of achievement when I get a new PB, a feeling of community when I turn up to train with friends, a physical achievement and probably most importantly a mental strength. I can hand on heart say I never turn up to train because I ate bad or must train. The mental transformation is what I’ve admired most. She wears so many hats, but she never stops nor does she quit even with tears in her eyes. Her passion, her drive and willingness to lead a healthier lifestyle is inspiring. Which is why I’ll always apply pressure because she can handle it. She was taking several medications before she started with me and NOW THEY ARE GONE. Your life isn’t a game to be played with. Laurie I got you. We have some more snatching and toning to do!
